Nike caused a stir earlier this year with the announcement of its first sneaker made with hands-free technology. Referred to as the FlyEase, some trainers feature a flexible heel that collapses as you step in, then snaps back into place to secure your foot. Others feature a wrap-around zipper and 2 straps to ensure a custom fit.

Made for the disabled and special needs community, Nike has taken a number of their popular shoes and built-in FlyEase capabilities to make it accessible to all consumers. From the iconic Air Jordan 1 always popular Air Zoom Pegasus Running ShoeTake comfort in knowing you can comfortably play basketball, soccer, work out and walk around without worrying about shoelaces coming undone or other hazards.

“I was skeptical about FlyEase but wanted to try it. Very impressed. I still find Pegasus to be great running and gym sneakers. Use them even more for my workouts than running (usually 1 to 3 miles tracked gym/weights etc.) “Comfortable, lightweight and well cushioned with great support. The ease of fly is a really cool addition that doesn’t take anything away from the shoe. Always good support with a good fit. Recommend them without hesitation.”
