What do Twitter users think?
After Billie Eilish uploaded the video to her Instagram Story, a Twitter storm has emerged as users are confused about the color of Billie Eilish’s sneakers.
A twitter user said, “Billie Eilish is tripping us up with her nike yall shoes.”
âBillie Eilishâs Nike shoes are green and whiteâ¦or are they pink and white? This optical illusion is the 2020 version of The Dress,â said another.
Someone else said: “Okay Billie Eilish fucks me completely with her nike shoes explain this phenomenon I won’t sleep until you do.”
What color are the sneakers?
Billie rambled on her Instagram story, claiming that all “sneakerheads” like her know that sneakers are actually green and white, and despite all the controversy, it turns out she’s right.
If you find a photo of the Nike Air More Uptempo online, there’s definitely no pink in sight, and the sneakers are truly green and white. On StockX, the sneaker’s color is described as “barley green and white,” sporting a “green-based upper with white accents.”
Despite this, social media users are still arguing that the shoe in Billie’s story is different from the ones online, but there’s certainly no evidence that a pink and white colorway of the shoe exists.
